PANTERS-2009

(a) to derive a detailed bathymetric map of the Pantelleria graben and the surrounding region; (b) to identify the main tectonic lineaments of the Pantelleria graben system, in relation with the surrounding extensional features; (c) to analyze the possible relationships between structural trends and magmatism; (d) to propose a tectonic mechanism responsible for the development of the structures found offshore in the Pantelleria area and the surrounding region.
